This fantastic facility hosts a wide range of youth soccer activities. A great-looking indoor field makes Woodland Hills Indoor Soccer shine when it comes to the kids. Soccer development programs and soccer-themed birthday parties are available (and yes, they have soccer ball-shaped cakes).
Woodland Hills also offers pickup soccer games for all age ranges. Check it out!
Yes and yes, and with a twist. Woodland Hills Indoor Soccer offers Adult and Youth pickup games — and family games! Yep, sometimes the facility will let people play pickup with the whole family.
Pickup games at this facility are cheap — just $5 (with the Instagram discount). In an industry where the going rate is steadily creeping up towards $10 or even $15 a session (!), it’s good to see respectable facilities keeping costs low. If you don’t have the discount rate, it’ll be $10.
Booking information is a little difficult to find, but you can find the contact information for Woodland Hills Indoor Soccer here. Pickup games are weekly, but the company recommends following their Instagram page for updates on schedules.
That depends on how many players arrive, but usually, the games are 5x5.
The games are that perfect mix of fun mixed with a dash of seriousness. It’s not a soccer training academy, so don’t expect an entire horde of wannabe-Messis. It’s the kind of place you go for a good pickup — moderate your expectations!
Bear in mind, this only applies to the pickup games. The league games hosted here are seriously competitive!
It’s a quality indoor facility without any surprises. What’s not to love? It’s clean, the turf is in great condition, the referees are fair, and the prices are reasonable.
Yes! Woodland Hills Indoor Soccer offers regularly scheduled games:
Monday 7pm
Tuesday 7pm
Thursday 7pm
If you’re looking for more information on the adult pickup games, give the facility a call or email here.
Woodland Hills runs its own in-house 5x5 league. You can check out the details here, but the gist is simple.
Adult men’s teams consist of 8-10 players (18+, 30+, and 40+). Each team will play 8 games in a season. Each game consists of 2, twenty-minute halves. The cost for a season is $800 per team.
Women’s teams are the same, except there are no age restrictions.
On top of the $800 team fee, each player can also pay $30 for a yearly membership that includes discounts to future events and games.
What’s most impressive about Woodland Hills is how professional the league is — accredited referees for every match, team uniforms, and guaranteed weekly play isn’t anything to sneeze at.
A shiny cerulean floor and an eye-popping blue and orange color scheme makes Northridge Futsal stand out from the competition. No AstroTurf in sight — this is a facility made with futsal in mind. Friday and Saturday nights play host to indoor soccer pick-up games.
Northridge also hosts birthday parties for the kids.
Even better, the pick-up games are always staffed by a legitimate referee.
Northridge Futsal offers pickup games from 9pm to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. It’s not the biggest window, but it’s something!
A crisp $10 gets you in the door and on the field. The price is well with industry standards, so no surprises here.
Pickup games are 5x5.
Northridge Futsal errs on the side of more social games — there isn’t a huge amount of time dedicated towards pickup games, after all. The coaches are all serious, which adds a twist of competitiveness to the games. Nothing is worse than a referee who is clearly unqualified to be there — Northridge Futsal doesn’t have that problem!
Like we mentioned above, Northridge Futsal offers adult pickup games every Friday and Saturday night from 9:00 pm to midnight. It’s only $10 to join.
There’s also a co-ed youth pickup game scheduled every Sunday from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. At only $7 a session, it’s a steal.
Unfortunately, there’s no in-house club or casual league. The rest of the facility’s time is aimed at providing field rentals, training camps, and soccer training classes.
This outdoor turf field everything you need: league play, party hosting packages, a locker room, and even a sound system to add some tunes to your game. The prices are very agreeable as well!
On top of that, Chatsworth Arena Soccer League offers early morning games (outdoor flood lights work great!) starting at 5:30. There’s a place to shower as well.
It’s not the most glamorous place, but it’s got everything you need for a game of pick-up soccer.
Loads of pick-up games, so don’t worry. Chatsworth offers both youth and adult games (technically, they just have “Open” games). Once you reserve a spot in a match, you’re on the team.
Cheap is the name of the game. At only $8 per player, Chatsworth Arena Soccer offers solid value for the money. Booking information can be found online at their website here, but it’s far easier to go straight to their MeetUp page and reserve your spot there.
Neither! One of the few facilities on our list that offers mostly 7x7, Chatsworth Arena Soccer clearly has a preference for bigger teams. There’s always plenty of players that reserve spots, so if you’re expecting a smaller game — don’t. In fact, reserve your spot as soon as the registration becomes available or you’ll be in trouble when it comes to game-time!
Check out the reservation page for more information, but the facility is known to offer 6x6 youth games at times.
Surprisingly competitive! The pickup games always have a full roster, so there’s no shortage of players. The attitude on the field is friendly, but it’s clear that it’s a facility for soccer lovers. Passionate fans of the game will find themselves right at home at Chatsworth Arena, trust us.
No cleats! Turf shoes or tennis shoes are preferred. Cleats are sure to tear up the turf in all the wrong ways, so don’t be that guy and follow the rules.
The games are also unique in that they focus mostly on 7x7. Each session features 3 teams, so one team will always be in the rest position while the game is on. The facility offers two-hour sessions — that’s a lot of game time.
You’ll find regular pickup games scheduled Saturday and Sunday mornings, starting at 5:30 am. Games run off and on until 11:00 am, so there’s plenty of chances to get a match in. There are also weekday games — Tuesday night at 6:30 pm is a popular one. Check with the reservation page before making any big plans, though.
Chatsworth runs several leagues for men:
Men’s A
Men’s B
Men’s C
Men’s B 40+
Men’s Premier 30+
And more!
Each team must register in advance of the start of the league. Fees run $855 per team per season (includes referee fees) and each team must have matching jerseys. It’s not the cheapest option around, but the money is well-spent.
The big selling point of the Juke Indoor Soccer Training Facility is the coach. Coach Tony is passionate about teaching, great with children, and loves soccer to a scary level. The facility boasts quality AstroTurf, plenty of lighting, and the usual necessary amenities.
Weekly pick-up games and a range of classes for players of all skill levels make Juke Indoor Soccer Training Facility a treat to visit. They also host birthday parties and soccer camps!
Yes to both! Juke Indoor Soccer Training Facility offers weekly pickup games. All players are welcome, regardless of age or skill level.
The Friday night pickup games at Juke cost a flat fee of $9. Could be worse, could be better, but it’s not going to break the bank. And Coach Tony is worth it!
Check out the reservation and booking information here.
Juke Indoor Soccer Training Facility has a mid-sized 5v5 field with artificial turf. The pickup games are always 5v5, but Coach Tony is flexible enough to accommodate larger groups if the need arises.
Healthily competitive is probably the best way to put it. Juke Indoor Soccer Training Facility isn’t the biggest facility around and values simplicity above all else. Teams are organized by a mix of skill and age in order to create the most balanced experience possible.
The competition is good, but the atmosphere is still very social. There’s a wide range of skill levels present in every pickup game, so just relax and enjoy!
There’s plenty of competition if you bring a team of five, however. There’s a king of the hill format that encourages a strong sense of competition (just make sure your team doesn’t get broken up!).
The most unique thing about this form of pickup soccer is that the teams are completely open, co-ed, and organized by skill and age. The goal here is to create balanced teams with an equal sense of competition, whereas a lot of other pickup facilities don’t take an active approach to balance the teams.
Major pickup games are offered once a week on Friday nights. The games begin at 8:00 pm sharp! Don’t be late.
There are also Adult Co-Ed games on Monday from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Women’s Only games Saturday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and a special 35-and-over section on Sundays from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. These games can’t be booked online, so make sure to give the facility a call to see if there’s any space for drop-in players.
Youth pickup games are also offered from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm — check with the facility for exact dates.
At the moment, no. The facility focuses most of its floorspace on a variety of field rentals, pickup games, and special soccer training classes and camps. Coach Tony has plans to implement an in-house club league, but that’s a big project and the man is busy.
The wide range of classes and programs offered by Juke is nothing short of impressive, and we’re sure the passion there will translate into leagues in the future!
Professional, clean, and really, really yellow (seriously, look at the pictures), Futsall4all is all you could ask for in an indoor soccer facility. A well-maintained field, televisions with games on, drinks and snacks for sale...what’s not to love?
Like most indoor soccer facilities, Futsall4all offers hosting for birthday parties. The ambiance may be a little lacking for the younger kids (it’s a professional facility), but once the balls start flying, everything tends to work out.
And, of course, it’s got padded walls — both for wild plays and to not bother the neighbors!
Futsal4all Los Angeles offers pickup games for adults on Tuesdays. The facility focuses mostly on youth and adult soccer, with an emphasis on field rental and league play.
Pickup games are usually scheduled on Tuesdays from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm. The facility is open 7 days a week from 10:00 am to midnight — check out the booking service here. There are occasionally late-night pickup games on weekends, but you’ll want to contact the staff for more in-depth booking information.
The cost is $10 per player — nothing shocking here.
There’s a lot of flexibility on the setups, but the Tuesday pickup games tend to be 5x5. It’s also possible to reserve fields for up to two hours, but that’s quite a bit more expensive than a simple pickup game.
This facility definitely leans toward the competitive side of the equation, but it’s not intimidating for newer players. There isn’t a whole lot of time set aside for pickup games, so get your reservation in as early as possible.
As we mentioned above, pickup games are usually scheduled on Tuesdays from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm. There are occasionally weekend pickup games, so check with the staff to see if it’s possible to drop-in without a reservation.
Futsal4all hosts its own Adult Indoor Soccer League (5x5). Each season is divided into five weeks of play. Each team is guaranteed weekly play, which is a big plus.
In order to compete, teams need to register with the facility, pay for the registration, and provide a list of their players. Players will also need to sign liability waivers and the usual set of legalese before they are allowed to play!
