We let soccer team management become a breeze

With the simple process you took to create a team page with ENDALGO(if you haven’t please refer to this post on how to start a team page and what to expect initially), you are not ready to utilize this group to the fullest and enjoy the team management features.

In one sentence, ENDALGO makes adult soccer team management become a breeze. The reason why ENDALGO is a powerful tool for soccer teams is because of its dynamic scope of providing group management features for soccer groups, but also being an open platform for those groups to be exposed and joined by the larger soccer communities.

Home screen optimized for team activities

As soon as you open the ENDALGO app, you are welcomed with the home screen which basically summarizes all of your soccer team’s essentials. The upcoming schedule, most recent team chat message and discussions, ability to access the schedule list (including past events), team member list, and direct buttons to start a new discussion, create a schedule and others team operational features are all embedded in that first screen!

Creating team schedules and events

Teams can receive most updated information on upcoming schedules through each event page. Whether it’s a league game, weekday practice or a weekend scrimmage, the team members can confirm the date, time, location, price, and other game details; teams are recommended to write detailed descriptions on the event, so that members can be more acknowledged on what would be going on at the event. Users can leave comments to the individual events and also get direction with Google Map integration.

The participation list gives you a full bird's eye view of who has responded to attendance to the team schedules and events. The beauty of this list is that as the coach or manager you have full control in making any kind of changes to this list.

Taking care of the communication business

Another essential part of soccer team management that ENDALGO takes care of is the discussions and chatting that happens within the group. Many times, we were able to see that many adult soccer teams were listing their activities and notifications in one digital space and communicating with each other in a different platform, which made the managers, coaches and team members keep track of even the simplest topics that were being discussed as a team. Therefore, we built two ways within ENDALGO for team members to communicate.

Discussion

When people act in a group, there are tons of things that all team members have to participate in order to make a decision together or even casually share opinions. We have allowed you to make discussion posts to the team page, so that members can express themselves and leave it on record for ongoing topics.

Chat

Whether it’s through text, WhatsApp or email, a team is bound to have a source of real-time communication. ENDALGO allows you do that all in the platform by providing group chat features. Need to chat with individual team members? No problem; just click on the individual profile and simply click the send message button.

Inviting your teammates over

We recommend that you start inviting your closest team members first to inform them about the new team page on ENDALGO and sharing all team activities here. We’ve made it convenient for you to send out the links to your team members in different communication channels.
